420 FRIENDLY BOHO LOFT DOWNTOWN KING SUITE FREE PARKING

This adults-only apartment permits smoking of cannabis indoors, a rare allowance in Detroit rentals. The host provides rolling tools for guest use, and the space remains well-ventilated through high ceilings and fans. A designated smoking area is also available outside the unit.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. High exposed ceilings, brick walls, and concrete floors give the loft an industrial personality. The king-size bed is paired with multiple pillow options and soft bedding.

The property sits 2.4 km from TCF Center and 3.2 km from The Fillmore Detroit, placing major venues within a short drive. An ice-skating rink operates nearby for guest leisure. The surrounding area is quiet and industrial, with a weed shop on the corner and a sliders sandwich bar across the street.

Guests have access to free gated parking and can borrow a bicycle for local trips. Movie nights and board games/puzzles are available inside the unit. A washing machine, air-conditioning, and streaming services complete the self-catering experience.

The building is protected by 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, plus a security alarm and smoke alarms. Key access and fire extinguishers are installed for guest safety. The gated parking lot and two locked entry doors (main building and apartment) provide layered access control.
